Hosting and Maintenance Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of a hosting or maintenance account requires advance notice. Shared hosting accounts (Personal, Business, Corporate, and E-Commerce) and Maintenance Accounts require 24-hour notice prior to the first (1st) day of the next billing cycle. Dedicated Server hosting accounts require 30 days notice prior to the first (1st) day of the next billing cycle. For all hosting and maintenance accounts, the first (1st) day of each billing cycle is the first (1st) day of each month. Because web hosting services are provided on a monthly basis, the client will be responsible for service fees already paid regardless of when the client provides notice of termination. Thus, for example, if Client provides notice to terminate prior to the end of the billing cycle, end of the month or end of an annual contract, the remaining balance for that term will not be pro-rated or refunded.

If Client has prepaid for services six (6) or twelve (12) months in advance, the client agrees that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the services regardless of when the client cancels the services. Therefore, if the client’s account is canceled at any point during the pre-paid contract term, Client will not be entitled to a pro-rated refund. All accounts are canceled as soon as the client submits the account cancellation request, at which time all remaining files in Client’s account will be deleted.

Client is responsible to remove all personal files from the server prior to the cancellation request. Jenkins Virtual Solutions will not be held responsible for any files deleted by Jenkins Virtual Solutions on that day. The cancellation procedure is subject to change without notice. Cancellations must be requested in writing to Erin Jenkins with an effective date of cancelation. (email is acceptable).


Jenkins Virtual Solutions will provide access for needed resources to migrate site(s) from hosting to the Client’s new hosting provider but is not responsible for migrating the site(s) for the Client.

Service Conditions

Content Revisions:  General content revisions requested of the Contractor will be made on the 15th of every month or the next business day thereafter. 


Additional Content Updates and Revisions: The Client may request additional services at the current hourly rate and will prepay for services to begin.

Contracted hours

Availability: Hourly-based tasks or contracted hours requested by the client are subject to the availability of Jenkins Virtual Solutions at the time of the request. If there is a delay in communication, direction or content to be provided by the client, completion of services may be delayed beyond the initial goal date, which was mutually agreed upon between the client and Jenkins Virtual Solutions.

Payments: All requested hourly-based tasks or contracted hours requested of Jenkins Virtual, accruing outside of regular monthly website hosting, care, and tech services, will be billed to the client at the end of each month or the first business day following the month’s end. Invoices will be sent to the client via email on the last day of the month, and payments will be due within 7 business days. If the invoice is not paid within 7 business days, all requested work will cease until the invoice has been paid in full. The contracted hourly rate is currently set to $100 an hour or $75 an hour for regular hosting care clients. A delay of payment of more than 30 days of the invoice being sent to the client will be subjected to an additional fee of 10% of the invoice total. An additional 10% fee will accrue for every 30 days the payment is delayed.
If hourly-based work within a particular month or the total amount accrued does not exceed one hour, the hours will be applied to the next month’s invoice.

Priority Service: Priority service is for clients requesting a specific date or time of services to be completed. For priority service, requests for hourly-based tasks and contract hours can be made in advance by contacting Jenkins Virtual Solutions via email [email protected] and are subject to a minimum deposit of $200, 2 hours of contract work ($150 for regular hosting and care clients). The deposit will be applied to the total cost of services on the invoice noted above.

Requirements: All tasks related to each request must be given before services will begin. A follow-up meeting may need to take place in order to clarify task priorities and can be requested by either the client or Jenkins Virtual Solutions.
