How long does it take to build a website?

We work diligently and efficiently through the process of building an effective website that meets your goals! This planning and development take time and the timeline largely depends on how quickly each client can approve mock-ups/content. Therefore, we work with each client to create a customized project schedule. A templated site can take 3-4 weeks while a fully customized site is anywhere from 6 – 12 weeks, or more.

What are the different payment options?

Our Signature Design Package is broken up into 3 separate payments, 40% initial deposit, 30% upon the first demo review, and the final payment due at the launching of the site. Our Signature or Customized Packages are divided into 4 equal payments. If you need further assistance in breaking up your payments, please contact us, and we will work with you!

How do we collaborate?

We set up a personal client portal for each of our projects after the 1st payment is made. Here you will be able to access your contract, questionnaires, and invoices…you will also be given access to a shared cloud folder where various items for your website will be uploaded for your view.

Who will I be working with directly?

The main point of contact for all website projects is Erin Jenkins. However, you may be contacted by various representatives to answer and approve specific things.

Can you design my logo?

Yes! We offer various logo and branding packages based on your business needs. Ideally, logo and branding are in place before web design and development can begin.

How do we decide the wording for my website?

Website copy is the term used to describe strategized content to increase brand awareness and optimize wording for better organic search engine results. All website packages include website copy, and we may utilize a detailed SEO strategy depending on your specific needs.

What if I am not happy with the design?

Our design process is organized in such a way that you have a part in every aspect. From planning to design, our clients have the final say before we begin each new phase of the project. All that to say, our goal is to implement your vision using proven strategies. If you are not satisfied with the progress, share with us and we will find a solution!

Will my website work on various screens?

ALL our website designs are run through a series of mobile responsive tests, ensuring it remains user-friendly on all major screen sizes. If you need us to design mobile-first, just let us know!

My site is built, now what?

Our support team helps either 14 or 30 days post-launch, depending on your package. We also provide video training for all our website designs, making sure you are equipped to maintain your website the way you need to.

Shared hosting is just a type of hosting plan where your site “shares” resources with other sites on the same server.
